Overview
Kvetnica is a joint project of two real estate developers and one of the biggest residential projects in Žilina. It connects local know-how with the experience of Slovakia’s biggest real estate developer, creating a unique project that lies on the outskirts of a park and brings a touch of nature into the community courtyard.
A functional plant ecosystem, natural water sources, but, most importantly, an ecosystem of good neighborhood relationships – Kvetnica brings Naturally Good Living to Žilina. This is the BrandTruth strategy we have developed in the identity, website, and campaigns.
